For over 10 years I’ve been helping Sellers and Buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home in the Colorado mountains. Jumping into Real Estate as an Investor buying distressed properties, fixing them up, and renting them out, I’ve learned the ropes. When looking to make a career change out of Management and IT Consulting, my friends encouraged me to go into Real Estate since my face lit up whenever our conversations turned to buying and selling properties.
This was such great advice! I absolutely love helping my clients achieve their goals for mountain home ownership and seeing the joy on their face at the closing table! My consulting experiences and skills transferred to Real Estate seamlessly, resulting in many happy clients, many who have become friends.
Throughout my career as a Real Estate Professional, I diligently research and study Real Estate. This forms the basis of topics for my monthly newsletter called “High Country Highlights.” It is custom-written based on public forums, classes, and webinars I attend, plus knowledge gained in the trenches. When my clients ask questions, my belief is that someone else probably has the same question, so why not write about it to help answer the question for everyone?
Originally from Chicago, I relocated to Colorado in 1998 and up to Summit County in 2004. I love living in Summit County and am an avid outdoors woman and enjoy being active: skiing, hiking, dancing, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing and road cycling. Participating in the many cultural activities offered throughout Summit County has enriched my life, and I am here to support your dream of gaining that same enrichment.
