Summit County Colorado is known as the most active county in the country.  There is so much to do that often times one has a challenge picking what they want to do on a given day.  Having spent over 20 years in and around Summit County, this is my playground and where I live.  I am excited to share with you the unique characteristics of each of the towns to help you figure out which town suits you best.

I also have received the Summit Area Specialist (SAS) designation which demonstrates an expertise in the nuances of selling and buying Real Estate in Summit County.  We have issues to deal with in Summit County such as mineral rights, water rights, septic and water treatment systems, wildfire mitigation, etc… that one would not typically deal with in an urban area.
