Selling one’s home can be a stressful and emotional process with a lot of moving parts:  fix up, thinning out, cleaning, living to be able to do a showing with minimal notice, finding your next home, packing, moving etc….

It is important to price the property right, position the property for curb appeal and market, market, market…to get the word out so we can get your property under contract quickly.  I am a stickler for marketing and marketing which goes beyond just posting it on the MLS.

The more knowledgeable you are about renovations, home prep and keeping sane during the sales process the better the outcome will be for you.
